Start free: what is this problem costing you?
You only pay when you choose to unlock stage 2.
Straight answers, not sales patter. Doing nothing is always weighed as a genuine option, and every assumption is labelled as one. An AI does the analysis, so check the documents before you act on them; this isn't regulated advice. Stage one is free, so you can see the standard of the work before you pay a penny.
Questions
- How long does it take, and can I stop halfway?
- Stage one takes about ten minutes. After that you go at your own pace — it is a conversation, not a form, and how long the rest takes depends on how much detail you want to go into. Everything saves as you go, so you can close it mid-answer, come back tomorrow, and pick up exactly where you left off. Your projects list shows which stage each one stopped at.
- What do I need to have ready?
- Nothing. It asks about your own business in plain words, and you can tap answers rather than type them. If it asks for a figure you do not track — what a problem is costing you, say — tell it you do not know and it will record that honestly and carry on, rather than keep asking. The documents then say what is known and what is not.
- Is the first stage really free?
- It is. You answer questions about the problem, and at the end you get a proper Project Brief that's yours to keep. No card, no catch. If you decide not to go further, you've still walked away with something useful.
- What do I get for the £299?
- The remaining eight stages and all thirteen documents for that project. It's a single payment, not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing gets taken from a card later. The documents are yours to keep and reuse for as long as you like.
- Can I get a refund?
- The first stage is free precisely so you can judge the quality before you pay anything. Because the paid documents are delivered to you straight away, we don't offer refunds once they've been generated — you'd already have them in hand. If something breaks at our end and the documents don't come through, we'll fix it or refund you in full.
- Are the recommendations impartial?
- Yes. We take no commission or referral fee from any software or supplier we point you towards, so there's nothing steering the answer except your situation. Doing nothing is always weighed as a genuine option, and if the numbers say don't spend, the documents say so. We don't sell your data either; the Privacy Policy and Recommendations Disclaimer below spell it all out.
- Is this financial or professional advice?
- No. Groundwork produces analysis and planning documents, not regulated advice. The figures are built from numbers you provide, so run anything significant past your own accountant before acting on it. The Recommendations Disclaimer covers this in full.
