This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Using Groundwork, you agree to these common-sense rules.
Please don't
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to harm others.
- Break, overload or probe the Service — no scraping, automated bulk access, denial-of-service, reverse engineering, or trying to get around security, access controls or the paywall.
- Attempt to extract our knowledge base, catalogue, scoring method or prompts wholesale, or resell or redistribute the Service or its underlying content.
- Enter data you have no right to share, or upload other people's personal or confidential information without a lawful basis. Please keep third parties' details to a minimum.
- Submit malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or obscene.
- Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your business.
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to train a competing model on our outputs.
Fair use
The Service is for scoping and planning your own business's software decisions. Automated or excessive use beyond normal individual use may be rate-limited or suspended.
If you break these rules
We may warn, suspend or close your account, remove offending content, and where necessary report unlawful activity. We'll act proportionately and, where we reasonably can, tell you why.
