Can I get my money back? If something breaks at our end and your documents do not arrive, we fix it or refund you in full — the detail is in the refund policy.
What happens to my data? We do not sell it, and we take no commission from any supplier we point you towards. We do use a small number of suppliers to run the service — they are named in the policy — and you can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. What we hold and for how long is in the privacy policy.
